Nella prestigiosa cornice del grand Hotel Cigarral el Bosque in Toledo, lo scorso 6 giugno è stato siglato un accordo prelimare che prevede l'ingresso all'interno della Divisione Europea Global Gewa del gruppo spagnolo NOU GRUP con sede a Barcellona. Comprende 48 associati distribuiti sull'intera penisola iberica. All'accordo hanno presenziato i membri del cda del gruppo spagnolo ed il presidente di Global Gewa Giobatta Chiappori. L'accordo sarà definitivamente ufficializzato con atto notarile in Barcellona in tempi brevi. Questo il comunicato ufficiale (in inglese): We are glad to inform you that on the 6th of June the Spanish buying group NOU Grup has become the new member of Global Electric GEWA. It has taken place in Toledo during the General Meeting of the Nou Grup Board. Global GEWA is developing consequently its market strategy. We are sure that our new member will be an important support for its implementation and realization and will play arelevant role in the further development of our association.Nou Grup, one of the electrotechnical Spanish market leaders, is a wholesalers association, created 26 years ago in Barcelona. The group is composed of local stores, whose turnover ranges between € 1.5 million - € 15 million. Initially, the group experienced rapid growth throughout Catalonia. In 1990 it expanded to the entire national territory and, since then, has continued to increase both the number of members as their turnover. Today represents 48 companies with more than 100 outlets spread throughout the Spanish territory.We are proud to welcome our new partner Nou Grup in Global GEWA. In sostanza, Nou Group, nato 26 anni fa, porta in Global Gewa distributori locali con un fatturato tra 1,5 mln e 15 milioni di euro. Nato in Catalogna il gruppo si è poi espanso in tutta la Spagna. Oggi raggruppa 48 aziende con più di 100 punti vendita.
